The problem was who should get custody of the child????
Wife jumped up and said: "Your Honor! I brought the child into this world with pain and labor. She should be in my custody." The judge turns to Husband and says "What do you have to say in your defense?"
The husband sat for a while contemplating then slowly rose.
"Your Honor. If I put a dollar in a vending machine and a Pepsi comes out. Whose Pepsi is it? the machine's or mine?"
Yeh sunke...Wife replied : "Judge sahab...bartan mera...dudh bhi mera...aur usme dahi jamane ke liye 2 bunde daalne se dahi bana tu fir wo dahi kiska..? mera ya do bund dalane vale ka"

•Value- Here, the manager looks for undervalued stocks - stocks that are worth more than comparable stocks. The theory is that the market will eventually realize the value of these stocks and the price will go up.
•Growth- The manager picks stocks that are expected to grow much faster than comparable stocks. They may or may not be value stocks.
•Momentum- The manager buys stocks that are quickly rising - even if they are grossly overpriced. The basic idea is to buy and sell quickly.
•Bottom-up.-The manager picks stocks based on fundamental analysis of the company such as low price-to-earnings ratio, high book value etc.
•Top-down- Here, the manager looks for sectors in the economy that are doing well (or are expected to do well) and then picks stocks within those sectors.
•Sector rotation- Here, the top-down manager switches the investments to different sectors of the economy or industry based on analysis of economic and technical indicators.

Answer- The long term median price target given by all analyst is Rs. 180. MR Equities has given 12 month price target of 195. IDBI Capital Markets has 1 year target of 176. Also technically stock is a good buy at 140 to 145 with target of 170. But this stck will take time to move.

Answer-Most of the analyst are not much optimistic about this stock. Good analyst had earlier put sell on this stock. Also people have been advised to switch to good stock like Indian Hotels rather than sticking to this stock. Now decision is yours.Good Luck

Answer-Jitendra, this particular stock is not tracked by any analyst. I tried looking through reports but could not find any. Also sticking to this stock has made you miss out on bull run. I would advice you to stick to fundamentally good stocks. Check the current magazines like money life, money today etc. and you will get good number of stocks to invest. JItendra, i wrote this posting for you http://niftynseoptions.blogspot.com/2007/07/investor-magazines-in-india-money.html

Answer-You need to is to sell 4600PE put at 170. By this you would be able to cap your losses at Rs. 30 considering nifty at 4600.No considering in august the situations that can happen
1) Nifty reaches 4700-- Your loss would be 130 instead of 300.
2) Nifty remains at 4600- Your loss would be 30.
3) Nifty reaches 4500- You loss would be 30. You would recover Rs. 100 in your futures and would receive Rs. 70 at option.
4) Nifty at 4400- Your loss would be Rs. 30 in options but you would break even in futures. Net loss would be 30.
5) Nifty at 4300- Your loss would be Rs.30.
This all I considered keeping nifty at 4600 today.
Disclaimer-stock market are risky and surprising. I can only suggest and in no way should be responsible for your actions. stock markets are risky and no one can predict but can give views only. In above I have given my views and the repsonsibility of decisiona nd loss and gain is entirely on you. Also I would think more baout it and update you soon. 1) Outlook Money
2) Money Today
3) Money Life
4) Investor India
No doubt I have their subscription of 3 to5 years which ensures I do not Miss out on any issue.
Now the main thing- I believe it all started with Money Life when they flaunted the returns made by their stocks. The figures were very impressive and it could impress anyone who invests in stocks.
Immediate reaction came out from Money Today (Money today wealth tomorrow) which launched their portfolios and have started to track it on per issue basis. Not to metion that this startegy is in line with what big fund houses like citigroup, jp morgan, merill lynch, morgan stanley use.
I am still waiting for good reaction by other magazines (I could not see their recent issues due to time I need for my blog). Lets enjoy this feature till bull run is here. I am not sure what will happen when we enter the bear phase. Obviously they would be having a strategy for it but then the real winner would be the one who would ensure their readers would earn though any phase.

July 19 (Bloomberg) -- India's Sensitive Index rose to a record, posting its biggest advance in three months, on speculation earnings reports this month will support higher share valuations.
Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd. and Larsen & Toubro reported a doubling in quarterly profits today.
``The earnings momentum of top companies we believe will be in excess of 20 percent,'' said R. Rajagopal, who manages the equivalent of $68 million at DBS Chola Asset Management Co. in Mumbai. ``Liquidity and fundamentals are driving the market.''
The Bombay Stock Exchange's Sensex, rose 248.96, or 1.6 percent, to 15,550.13, its biggest advance since April 20. The S&P/CNX Nifty Index on the National Stock Exchange gained 62.55, or 1.4 percent, to 4,562.10.
Also helping drive gains were overseas investors who bought a net 9.46 billion rupees ($232.1 million) worth of Indian shares July 17, the Securities & Exchange Board of India said.
Ranbaxy, India's second-biggest drugmaker by sales, gained 4.7 rupees, or 1.4 percent, to 351.55. Group profit rose to 2.64 billion rupees ($65.5 million) in the three months ended June 30. Profit was higher than the 1.73 billion rupee median estimate of seven analysts surveyed by Bloomberg.
Larsen, India's top engineering company, rose 47.15 rupees, or 2 percent, to 2,376.7 after saying first-quarter profit climbed to 3.77 billion rupees as it secured more orders to build ships and power stations and made currency gains. Six analysts Bloomberg News surveyed estimated a median profit of 2.44 billion rupees.
Reliance Communications Ltd., India's second-biggest wireless operator, rose 12.1 rupees, or 2.1 percent, to 579.3 after saying it will sell a stake in its infrastructure unit for about $338 million to seven global investors to raise funds for extending its network. The sale values the tower unit at 270 billion rupees, Chairman Anil Ambani told reporters in Mumbai today. The company will build 23,000 towers in the next six months to extend its network into rural India.
Hindalco Industries Ltd., India's biggest aluminum maker, added 1.65 rupees, or 0.9 percent, to 185.95 after it agreed to buy the remaining 45 percent stake it doesn't own in Utkal Alumina International Ltd. from its venture partner Alcan Inc. Hindalco will probably complete the stake purchase by the third quarter, Alcan, the world's third-largest aluminum company, said yesterday.
The following shares rose or fell. Stock symbols are in brackets after company names.
ACC Ltd. (ACC IN) rose 17.2 rupees, or 1.5 percent, to 1,150.3. The nation's biggest cement maker by capacity reported a net income of 3.51 billion rupees in the three months ended June 30. The median profit estimate was at 3.9 billion rupees, according to seven analysts surveyed by Bloomberg News.
Infosys Technologies Ltd. (INFO IN) gained 49.75 rupees, or 2.6 percent, to 1,996.85. The country's second-largest provider of computer services is in talks with at least four companies, including Cap Gemini SA, for a potential acquisition, the Times of India reported, citing industry officials and analysts it didn't identify.
Jindal Steel & Power Ltd. (JSP IN) spurted 194.15 rupees, or 5.1 percent, to 4,023.3. The local steel and power producer signed an agreement with Bolivia to invest $2.1 billion in a steel and iron-ore venture, the company said in a statement to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Jindal Steel will invest the amount over eight years on a 10 million ton pellet plant, a 1.7 million ton steel mill and a 450-megawatt power plant.
Spice Communications Ltd. (SPCM IN) rose 14.65 rupees, or 32 percent, to 60.65 after the Indian mobile-phone unit of Telekom Malaysia Bhd., which raised 5.2 billion rupees selling shares at 46 rupees apiece, began trading today.
At an investment conference in 2005, he gave a checklist of 8 fundamental principles that he used in his stock picking. I think there's a lot to learn from the following 8 items:
1. Know what you own. This advice seems so simple, but is actually rarely followed by many investors. If you own mutual funds or ETFs, do you know what the fund is invested in or what the ETF is actually tracking?
2. It is futile to predict the economy and interest rates. Doing so is characteristic of short term and emotional trading. It can be important to understand these things, like he says, they're difficult to predict.
3. You have plenty of time to identify and recognize exceptional companies. So many people are worried about getting into an investment at the best and most opportune time. Take your time to research and look into any investment your considering. You'll always have enough time to do enough research if the investment is worthwhile. There will also always be another good investment. If you missed Microsoft or Google, don't think there will never be another good investment.
4. Avoid long shots. I think it says enough.
5. Good management is very important - buy good businesses. Even the greatest business concepts can fail with the wrong team in place. Mediocre businesses can also be outstanding with the right leadership. Take Steve Jobs and Apple for instance. Look at the companies' performance with and without him at the helm. It speaks volumes.
6. Be flexible and humble, and learn from mistakes. This is good advice not only for investing. Realize you're going to make mistakes and make it a point to learn from them.
7. Before you make a purchase, you should be able to explain why you're buying. If you can't explain your reasoning, you probably don't understand the investment, and you shouldn't invest in things you don't understand. Most people hear this, throw their hands up, and don't invest. Instead, take the time to try and understand the business if you're interested in it, and then buy it if it makes sense.
8. There's always something to worry about. Nothing is a ever a sure thing. Don't wait for something to be perfect, just put in your due diligence to alleviate and mitigate your risk.We can learn a lot from these principles, especially since they come from such a successful investor. I also like a couple of Peter Lynch's quotes. They can also teach a lot:
"Go for a business that any idiot can run - because sooner or later, any idiot is probably going to run it."(McDonald's is a great example of this)"If you stay half alert, you can pick the spectacular performers right from your place of business or out of the neighborhood shopping mall, and long before Wall Street discovers them."(Look at everyday products you and others are buying)We can learn a lot from successful investors such as Peter Lynch. Hopefully some of his strategies will be helpful as you begin and continue to invest.
Today upside resistence are 4530 to 4550

Percy dies (this death occurs before the wedding, inevitably throwing events into chaos).
Details aren’t needed. Just say BELLATRIX KILLS RON!
Snape’s loyalty? I found this to be the saddest part of the book. As many people guessed, all was not what it seemed with Dumbledore, and the two did indeed have a plan that would eventually result in Snape killing him. But, Snape was only in on things for personal gain, and when Voldemort learns of this, he is obviously furious with Snape. Snape tries to make up for things by luring Harry to him, but Harry manages to escape, and Voldemort kills Snape before the final conflict.
I don’t know what all these rumours are about Voldemort kidnapping Ron, it’s a complete lie. Ron is killed by Bellatrix Lestrange in The Battle of Hogwarts, but Neville manages to finish off Bellatrix after Ron weakens her before his death.
Harry is not a horcrux.
As I’ve already stated, Voldemort kills Snape.
Voldemort is killed in the Department Of Mysteries. He baits Harry about his parents, Sirius, Dumbledore and Ron. which turns out to be the worst thing Voldemort could have done. As Voldemort steps out into the circular bit with many doors, Harry opens the locked door, and Voldemort is destroyed by the blinding light, which heals Harry, who seems close to death (he does not die).
The cover art shows Voldemort + Harry at the Deathly Hallows, Harry is attempting to summon Voldemort’s Horcrux, as Voldemort is doing his best to keep the enchantment in place.
No-one loses a body part, no idea where that came from?
Also Harry does not get drunk whoever said that.
Harry does not lose his powers.
What’s the deal with the dragon on the US deluxe cover?
The trio fly on it to get to the Deathly Hallows. Only Harry and Voldemort can fight on the Deathly Hallows, but this is not their final encounter.
What’s happening on the UK kids cover?
Gringotts. The trio are searching for the locket (it isnt there) but they get vital information on Ravenclaws book here.
How’s the epilogue done?
I didn’t like it. It was in the form of a newspaper article, a sort of ‘Where Are They Now?’ thing, 20 years on from the final showdown.
You said Ron dies so what happens to Hermy at the end?
As said, her love life isnt specified. But she becomes a Healer at St. Mungo’s.
What’s Luna/Hagrid/Weasley twins/Neville’s fate?
Becomes editor of Quibbler (her dad passes it on to her)/Remains at Hogwarts to this day/Weasley’s Wizard Wheezes becomes multinational/Herbology teacher at Hogwarts after Sprout’s death (old age she isnt killed)
What happens to Voldy’s body in the end?
Completely obliterated by the love from locked room.
What are the horcruxes? How does Harry find and destroy them?
Nagini/Locket/Cup/Ravenclaws Book. Symbol on UK spine is a device that enables Harry to locate ‘soul fragments’ if you will, Harry can destroy them a lot more easily than Dumbledore.
What’s the deal with the mirror? How does RAB and Kreacher come into the story?
Sirius has left an almost ‘voicemail’ message on the mirror, to advise him on destroying the horcrux. Kreacher has to tell the trio (on Harry’s orders) about the history of the symbol and where to find it.
What’s the lies of Dumbledore chapter about?
Neon was right about this, this is to do with the plan with Snape. I don’t know if he got lucky because the Grindelwald thing isnt even close.
What happens to all the teachers? Who’s new headmaster etc?
McGonagall is new headmistress.
What’s Harry’s fate in the end? Job etc?
Becomes an almost freelance Auror but refuses to work for the MoM

Read on the intricacies.
Apply jointly with your spouse for a home loan to claim larger tax deductions. Section 24(b) grants deduction for interest up to Rs 1.5 lakh per year on a loan for acquiring a residential house. This deduction is available individually to both the spouses. To be eligible for the deduction, the home loan needs to be taken in joint names, property be owned and financed jointly in equal shares, with both spouses being joint owners. Needless to say, a joint loan application will also help a couple avail of a larger loan.
Get tax deduction for home loan interest repayments. Self-occupied residential properties can avail of another tax concession under Section 23(2) that provides that the notional income for the purpose of income tax for such properties will be deemed nil and yet the deduction for interest up to Rs 1.50 lakh will be available. In other words, there will be negative income (loss) from such property that will be available for set off against the tax payer’s any other income, including salary income. To put it differently, interest on borrowed money becomes tax deductible. If husband and wife both were to have an annual income of Rs 15 lakh each, they could claim an annual tax deduction of Rs 3 lakh (Rs 1.5 lakh for each) and save aggregate tax of Rs 1,01,970 (33.99 per cent of Rs 1.5 lakh multiplied by 2) between them. For convenience, they can file a declaration with their respective employers to deduct a specified amount of lesser tax at source from their salaries.
Claim tax deduction for principal repayment for home loan. Repayment of the principal amount of a housing loan is one of the tax concessions a taxpayer can enjoy under Section 80C. But unlike Section 24, this deduction is available only for repayment of the loan from an approved source like banks, HDFC, HUDCO or the employer company. The repayment of principal part of the loan qualifies for a deduction under Section 80C up to a maximum of Rs 1 lakh per year. In case of joint home loan application, this results in joint tax saving of Rs 67,980 (Rs 33,990 multiplied by two). But the biggest advantage in availing Section 80C deduction for repayment of housing loan is immunity from any adverse tax consequences of the proposed EET (Exempt, Exempt and Tax) system—where investments will get taxed on maturity, redemption, or sale. The simple reason for this is that by the very nature of the transaction (repayment of a loan), there is no question of “withdrawal’ of funds to attract tax, unlike in the case of National Savings Certificate (NSC), Public Provident Fund (PPF) or life insurance policies with cash values.

At the cap, the company would raise 8.16 billion rupees and used the funds for technology upgradation and business development, H.A. Daruwalla, chairwoman and managing director, told reporters on Friday.
The issue, accounting for 19.8 percent of the post-issue capital, will open on July 24 and close on July 27.
The issue would help raise the bank's capital adequacy ratio by at least 1 percent from 10.4 percent now, she said.
The bank, she said, aimed at a credit growth of 25 percent and deposit growth of 21 percent in 2007/08.
It also planned to reduce net non-performing assets to net advances to less than 1 percent by March 2008 from the present 1.70 percent, she said.

The markets rallied smartly last week led by frenzied buying in metal stocks. The BSE Metal index gained a whopping 11.4% (1,226 points) with the heavyweights SAIL, Tata Steel and Hindalco — the three stocks amount for almost 59% weightage in the index of 15 stocks — making sharp gains. The Banks, FMCG and realty stocks also witnessed considerable buying activity. While Infosys’ lowering its guidance for the full-year had limited impact on the technology stocks, pharma stocks continued to sag.The Nifty is close to its short-term target of 4520. The index has reached here rather sooner than expected. The index touched a lifetime high of 4514, and ended the week 120 points higher at 4505.
With momentum on its side, and the index in unchartered territory, it will be difficult to set an upside target for the Nifty. The bulls are unlikely to give up initiative. However, one may see some profit-taking around the 4600-4690 level. The short-term bias remains extremely bullish as long as the index trades above the 4420-mark.The Sensex, from an intra-week low of 14,830, soared to a new high of 15,331 — a swing of 501 points during the week. The index finally ended with a gain of 309 points at 15,273. The Sensex may rally to 15,500-15,780. On the downside, the index is likely to find considerable support in the range of 14,930-15,100 for remaining part of the month. The CNX 100 index, which ended with a gain of 126 points at 4433, is likely to touch the 4530 level this week, with an eye on 4700 in the short-term. On the downside, the index is likely to find support in the range of 4340-4370.

We found the splurge in volumes but a decisive movement above 2100 or 1900 did not took place.
We need a strong consequtive close above 2100 to see a change in trend and positive outlook for stock. 1900 has acted as strong support and consecutive cand decisive lose below would take stock to 1820 and 1700 level.
In infosys dont get moved by spikes but make your mind by seeing decisive closes. Till than stock will be rangebound

Dejected fans had nothing more to say rather than "this marriage wont work". Accept this truth that there is no charm left after their marriage rather than to hear something very spicy related to both of them. I am not sure how hard both of them have to work to show that they are happily married couple (if they care to) alongside the pressure on them from all quarters. Its been a while and people would soon start to digest the fact that this thing has actually happened.
There are bets people have put for 6 months to 1 year for their split without realizing the fact that they are also human beings and small changes in one's life have long standing implications. Its been few months and things are pretty fine. Things will be same going forward and people will be forced to live with this very fact. Also their focus would turn if next happening event turns up.
No matter how things have turned up but things are pretty good for now and we wish them happy journey together. Also we wish for more fans than ever based on their stunning performances.
Frankly I am fan of Abhishek and hope he will get more space at time when he has to travel many miles.
We do not say that history will repeat every time but this gives you a confidence in case you are interested in writing a put option.
On Nifty- Nifty Put written at start of this month when it was above 60 is now at 9. In case anyone want to cash out they can do so and use the capital elsewhere. We are now interested in writing a call option to capitalize on the stretch of Index. However here one needs to be careful because a small fall in index, one needs to immediately lock its profit and get out. I would advise to wait and have a re-look at nifty on Monday.

Mr Hearst bought the H-shaped mansion in 1947 for about $120,000.
